Refund Policy

At Nutrisattva Wellness Clinic, we strive to provide high-quality personalized nutrition and wellness services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Consultation and Service Fees

  • All consultation and service fees must be paid in advance.
  • Once a consultation has been conducted or a diet plan has been delivered, the payment becomes non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Appointments cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled at no extra charge.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments: Accidental multiple transactions for the same service.
  • Technical issues: If payment was made but service access was not granted, and the issue remains unresolved.
  • Advance cancellations: If a package is cancelled before any service is rendered, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.

All refund requests must be made in writing to contact@Nutrisattva.com within 7 days of the transaction.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized diet plans and wellness packages once shared.
  • Services already rendered or partially completed.
  • Any downloadable or digital products purchased through the website.

5. Processing Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Nutrisattva Wellness Clinic is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
