1. Consultation and Service Fees
- All consultation and service fees must be paid in advance.
- Once a consultation has been conducted or a diet plan has been delivered, the payment becomes non-refundable.
2. Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- Appointments cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled at no extra charge.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments: Accidental multiple transactions for the same service.
- Technical issues: If payment was made but service access was not granted, and the issue remains unresolved.
- Advance cancellations: If a package is cancelled before any service is rendered, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
All refund requests must be made in writing to contact@Nutrisattva.com within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized diet plans and wellness packages once shared.
- Services already rendered or partially completed.
- Any downloadable or digital products purchased through the website.
5. Processing Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Nutrisattva Wellness Clinic is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
